Log message:
	Better explained the difference between the dimension of the polyhedron
	and the dimension of the enclosing space.
	The terminology "dimension-consistent" added. Pointed out what seems to
	be a problem with empty polyhedrons (what is the dimensions of their
	enclosing space?)
