	Changed the name of some functions:
	Polyhedron::assign_variable --> Polyhedron::affine_image
	Polyhedron::substitute_variable --> Polyhedron::affine_preimage
	GenSys::assign_variable --> GenSys::affine_image
	ConSys::substitute_variable --> ConSys::affine_preimage
	The new names are used in the examples and in the tests.
