This seems to be the case.
If all the comments are right, add_and_minimize() ASSUMES, but does not
check, that the source matrix is minimized.
This is probably worth a check.
In any case, we have a problem with the handling of some flags: bug3.dat
shows a "mimimized" constraints system that is equivalent, but NOT
identical, to its minimized (i.e., after executing minimize() ) form.
