Log message:
	The function Polyhedron::add_generators(gs) now is called
	Polyhedron::add_generators_and_minimize(gs).
	Added the function Polyhedron::add_generators(gs) that adds the
	system of generators "gs" to the polyhedron without minimizing the
	resulting polyhedron.
