Log message:
	The functional equations of the form `x(n) = a*x(n/b)', with `b' not integer,
	are temporary not approximated.
	
	Fixed the function `compute_term_about_initial_condition()'
	and the method `approximate_functional_equation()'
	introducing the functions `floor()' and `Sc()'.
