Log message:
	Defined the type enumerate `Kind_of_Bound' which
	specifies the kinds of bounds for the solution that
	is possible to compute.
	Consequent changes in some methods.
	
	Removed an useless argument from the method
	`substitute_i_c_shifting()'.
