Log message:
	Reorganized the methods `compute_upper_bound()' and `compute_lower_bound()'.
	
	Substituted the two methods `approximate_functional_equation_lower()'
	and  `approximate_functional_equation_upper()' with only one
	method called `approximate_functional_equation(Bound kind_of_bound)',
	where the argument specify which is the bound to compute (lower or upper).
