	Added and fixed several comments.
	Added several assertions.
	
	Removed the method `Recurrence::add_term_with_initial_conditions()' that now is
	a static function of `compute_exact_solution.cc'.
	
	Removed the method `Recurrence::add_term_with_initial_condition()' that now is
	a static function of `compute_bounds.cc'.
