Log message:
	Changed all the methods that evaluate the exact solution or the
	bound in a interval: now the interval is not closed, [begin, end],
	but in the form [begin, end).
	
	Several things to fix in the part of the method `evaluate()'
	that evaluates weighted-average recurrences.
