Log message:
	The function `solve_variable_coeff_order_1()' is a const function of the
	private section of the class `Recurrence'.
	Fixed this function so it is applicable the verification also for first
	order variable recurrences.
	
	Added the private method
	`void set_first_initial_condition(unsigned i_c) const'.
	
	Removed the useless `Recurrence::n'.
