Log message:
	The date `type' is now mutable.
	Added `const' to some methods.
	The function `classification_summand' has become `const'
	(instead of `static').
	In the functions `solve_easy_cases()' and `classification_summand()'
	no longer used the boolean `has_non_constant_coefficient' but the
	private methods of Recurrence.
