[PPL-devel] Cannot download zip file

Dear Jaime,

Thanks for letting us know: we informed our webmaster and
the problem has been rectified.  Notice, though, that we
recommend compiling the PPL from sources, downloading them via
Git anonymous access:

https://www.bugseng.com/ppl-download/ppl-git#read-only-access

We recommend using the 'devel' branch.
