Log message:
	Added Doxygen comments to classes ERational, Boundary, LBoundary, UBoundary,
	Interval. Removed all the comparison operators that are not currently used
	in the sources. Removed the default constructors for LBoundary and UBoundary.
	Made explicit that the Interval class, as it is defined, can only manipulate
	standard (i.e., non-extended) rational intervals.
